Tess joined the 水多多导航 in August of 2022 as an instructor of nursing for the Carolyn McKelvey School of Nursing. She began her career in nursing in May 2016. In practice she has worked as a CVICU nurse, oncology nurse, and float pool nurse. She has also served in leadership positions as a charge nurse, oncology/float pool supervisor, and new graduate preceptor. Precepting new graduate nurses helped her discover her love for teaching and led her to becoming a nursing instructor.
As a registered nurse, her professional memberships include the American Nurses Association, Arkansas Nurses Association, and Center to Advance Palliative Care.
